Dis year is the greatest birthday so far...why?


1) encik Hubby outstation selama sebulan effective 23 Jun 2011...

2) no birthday cake at all...

3) no call from encik Hubby sepanjang ari...

4) Irdhina ngamok da whole day...


Isn't it great? sape lagi kat atas muke bumi ni yg lebih bertuah dari kite kan? plus, who need a hubby in order to have a great birthday celebration?!?


owhh..i got myself an EOS 550D...and owhhh... sape lagi yg lebih bertuah yg dpt a DSLR on her birthday by swiping her own credit card? I am just so lucky!~

So supposed in 2 months our new 'baby' will arrive. Semoga Cik PooTeh tiba dgn 'sihat dan sempurna' serta bebas dr radiation =P.


Thanks Allah for granting my wish. To abah and mama, balik kampung is not an issue anymore ;) And to Irdhina, lps ni Mama psg car seat Irdhina dok blakang sorang2 ye, Mama nak berdua2an ngan Papa kat depan plak =P

nota kaki: arini Irdhina = 10 months 3 weeks...birthday party? i still haven't come out with anything!! ideas ideas.....

Let's PARTY!!!

It's another 1 month++ away but me da terlebey eksaited!!

I think most mothers x saba2 nk celebrate their baby's first birthday...especially their first baby (shiann yg no. 2, 3, 4 etc) And me since 2 months ago da survey dis and dat but satu pon x finalize lagi =P byk sgt yg berkenan di hati skali tekan2 kalkulator tgk2 out of budget =P so need to redo everything again haha...
So mari duduk kejap and berfikir...what are the important things in order to have a great first birthday party?

1) Venue
Memandangkan mood lil prince/princess ni unpredictable, the venue should be comfortable and baby friendly...not so hot, not so crowded, not so noisy...and paling penting tidak membocorkan poket mama & papanye hehe...

2) Time
Kene kaji balik time tido/menyusu/etc so nnt majlis x haru biru...kalo bole majlis jgn la time tdo bb coz nnt konfem dia ngamok...x pon kalo dia tdo da x meaningful da majlis tu huhu...
nota kaki: irdhina xde specific time, so cemanekah? huhu...

3) Food
Yg yummy itu pasti!! And if possible pilih one or two yg x pedas so dat kids can enjoy the food...xde la dia ngaco makanan dlm pinggan PaMa dia...and not to forget provide pinggan/gelas/fork&spoon yg baby friendly...

4) Theme
Macam x brape perlu la pakaikan sut spiderman/superman/doraemon/cicakman kat lil one...takot dia x comfortable nnt lain plak jadinye...just put on sumthing which allow them to move freely and at the same time they look nice and adorable...
In terms of deco plak, maybe can avoid things yg dangerous to baby. Balloons are just fine.

5) Weekdays or weekends?
It depends...if you expect more crowd then weekend is the best option...but if the party is just for the close one, you may consider having it on weekdays.

6) Invitation/Guests
Depends on your budget...more people means merrier...more people means more money haha...if you have money and u want to share the moment with everyone, just go ahead! (^-~)v and do not send last minute invitation, afraid that ppl already have their own plan...

7) Photos & Videos
Consider hiring a photographers...they are everywhere...you can just pick any...from as cheap as RM150 per event to a price of the DSLR camera itself =P Bukannya ape, if you are the one taking the photos, then you wont be in the photos...borink la kannnn =P x pon just get your siblings to do the job...kasi duit minum sket sure kire ON punye ;)

8) Goodies
The most fun thing! Get chocolates for the kids...or maybe a toy...or maybe a cute cupcake! *wink wink*

Ade lagi tak yg tertinggal? Owhhhhhh...yg paling penting plak telupe =P BIRTHDAY CAKE!! I'm thinking of getting the ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins...but kene check on the venue first...kalo no air cond then i dun think it's a good idea coz it will melt and looks no-yummy dah huhu...tapi kek princess kat satu blog ni pon cantik jugak...hmmmm...can I get 2 birthday cakes for Irdhina? =P
